Permit-Ready Plans and Models
$1,000 ($1 per sf. over 1000 sf.)
Does your project need approval from a city or county office? Does your contractor require plans with advanced details, schematics and schedules?
-5-10 sheets with advanced* plan views, including:
- Site Plan and Cover
- First Floor Plan(with all annotations and schedules)
- Additional Floor Plans
- Foundation and Framing Plans
- N,E,S,W Elevations
- Building Sections
- Roof Plan
- Detail Sheets
-3D models of the project as images
-PDF delivered via email
-Revisions to the plans(billed hourly after two hours)
*Engineering by others, billed separately
Concept Plans and Models
$500
Are you adding a room? A window? Taking out a wall?
Many clients have used these concepts to aid in decision making and gathering bids from contractors.
-1-3 Sheets with basic plan views, including:
- Plan view of project(basic annotations)
- 3D views as images
- Basic sections or elevations
– PDF delivered via email
-Revisions to concept(billed hourly after two hours)
Billed Hourly
$50 per hour
